It has been a difficult week. There's been several funerals, including one for a dear friend, and last night I received word that my stepbrother had passed. He was just diagnosed with terminal cancer last week and went very fast.
Craig and I are also completing a Dynamic Marriage course, which has brought us even closer, and our associate pastor just preached on it's not enough just to believe or have salvation, but we must love others.
All of this combined has made me realize that we take life for granted sometimes. We take people for granted. And loving others is really the most precious gift we can offer. We don't know how long we have here, but we can love and appreciate each other while we are alive.
