There is one certainty about death - it tends to put life in perspective.
All the little things that bother us; all of the pressing matters; all of the annoying people; all of the endless deadlines; all of the to-do lists; all the worries that will never come to pass...
They really hold no meaning when you consider how precious is life.
Today was a tough day. A church friend's father died, we found out another dear friend just died and will be attending a funeral tomorrow, and my stepbrother has terminal cancer with not long to live.
God has a reason and we shall continue to pray.
And thank Him for what really matters in life.
