It's called Preditors & Editors!
They list all of the agents, editors and publishing companies out there, and if they have a bad track record, you will know!
If the one you are considering has any red comment, that is a red flag - run away as fast as you can!

It's a pretty major site. Some of the comments border between sad & hilarious!!!
