Xtra Mile

For the A to Z Challenge, I’m posting promo and other tips for writers. Today it’s the xtra mile.

(Yes, extra begins with an E - just go with me on this one!)

What is the xtra mile?

It’s doing more than what’s required.

It’s going out of your way.

It’s taking the initiative.

It’s stepping past the masses.

It’s doing what others are not willing to do to succeed!

Are you going the xtra mile to fulfill your writing dreams?

Still in the hunt, still writing--Xtra crazy. (But then again, 'We're all mad here", are we not?)

Only those who succeed and achieve exactly what they want have gone the eXtra mile! We're told this time and time again. So I better get back to work now... :)

Oh, the modern spelling of Xtra!

You're right, going the x-tra mile is what'll get your writing out there rather then letting it sit on your hard drive, or worse, hidden inside you. Getting it out there helps your writing skills even more, because you have to write to succeed.

Dreamers dream, doers do, which are you?

I can't say as I go extra mile, but I do what's required, if not ~more~ than what's required. I could do more, I suppose, but I think the results would still be the same. I would just be working harder to the same end.

Jan - LOL!

Tamara, we're crazier than bedbugs!

Eric, I know there's a lot more I could be doing now, but I gave so much in the past that I feel a bit drained now.

I'm going to go that extra mile today. But first, a nap.
