There is one quality all victorious leaders possess- charisma! It’s the trait that gives certain people a magnetic personality. Those in the presence of such magnetism are drawn to that individual. It is not important for those exhibiting charisma to possess the greatest intelligence or beauty, either. They simply enjoy a special ability to attract others as if charmed by a spell.
There is no real magic trick to charisma, though. Basically, it is the ability to instill enthusiasm in others.

Charisma is the magic ingredient - the X factor!
Simple, yet effective! When it comes to leadership, some people complicate matters and end up speaking a jargon that is tired and worn.

Charisma is a truly elusive quality - to describe and to possess. You often hear people/characters described as 'charismatic' and 'dynamic' and I always think I kind of get exactly what the author means, but I could never tell you what the words really mean.
Charisma does seem a little magical to me, either you have it or you don't.
I think it is a talent, like a good singing voice.

One either has charisma or haven't.
But we are all good at soemthing, maybe not leadership but there are other good qualities in life.

I think entire studies have been done to pinpoint exactly what charisma is. Too bad it can't be bottled.
