The A to Z Challenge is blogging the letters of the alphabet six days a week in the month of April. It’s a great way to meet new bloggers. Here’s how it works and some tips.
Start with A on April 1st
Then B on April 2nd
And so on
We post Monday thru Saturday. Sundays are a no-blog/letter day.
You can go freestyle or pick a theme, but the topic of your post must reflect the letter of the day.
Visit 5 blogs a day (or more) starting with the blog after yours on the list.
Short posts are essential!
Turn off word verification. (Or you won’t receive many comments.)
All of the co-hosts have helpers this year and we will be monitoring the list for non-participants.
Be sure to grab the badge above and link to the A to Z Blog

Today is also The Big Reveal, hosted by Mina Lobo.
In staying with the theme of my blog, and since my book How to Publish and Promote Your Book Now came out last month, publishing and promoting tips for writers and authors will be my theme. I’ll also feature a daily photo from my collection (I’m a professional photographer by trade) that coincides with the letter.
Are you participating in the A to Z Challenge and what’s your theme?

I could use some tips!
I am excited about the A to Z challenge. I really dont have a theme. In the past I have just wrote what ever came to mind that day with the letter. Seems to work best. Though I have thought about a theme. But nothing comes to mind.
Blessings
I am sure you will be divulging quite a few helpful and interesting tips! Good luck with the challenge!
Your book is really helpful and easy to follow. Thanks for writing it.
Hugs and chocolate,
Shelly
Congrats on your book! Your tips will undoubtedly be helpful! And photos! I love photos! Good luck! This is my first year with the A to Z challenge, even though I've watched it grow over the last 3 years. I'm also taking part in the Reveal. I'm trying to share some positivity with my #WriteMotivation friends on Twitter (and to help keep me positive in the process)
Hope to see you around. :)

Love the theme! My theme is all about codes but I'm going to post about it on Monday.
OOOOh, I cannot miss it then. Wonderful choice, Diane and very helpful!
Great tips and I love this idea...I'm behind, but still plan to join in. I'm doing eco friendly crafting ;D

Bethe, I need a theme because my life is chaotic enough.
Jamie, welcome and you'll have fun.
That will be helpful and informative! I am participating; I have a theme for each day of the week. :)

Diane, what a great combined theme. We could all use some helpful tips and as a photography hobbyist, I'm looking forward to your posts!
A2Z Mommy And What’s In between

You do take amazing pictures. And your theme is a great one.
I'm taking part. I split my theme up.
That sounds so cool! Double treat for us.
I'm looking forward to your pictures...
Good theme! I look forward to reading more. Good luck!
Hi from Nagzilla bloghopping A to Z
Hi Diane,
Ah yes, the alphabet challenge and some big reveals. I wish you and all those participating in the challenge, much fulfilment and positive interaction.
My human and myself will not participate. We do our own thing and do not want to commit ourselves to such a venture.
Pawsitive wishes,
Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar!
Tracy, I hope you enjoy the photos then.
Thank you so much, Timothy.
Jo, my posts are all written and I had not problems with any letters.
Thank you, Mary.
What a fun thing to do. Maybe when I retire. One could start a new blog just for this, no? (-:
I just bought a new camera recently, and have been paying more attention to photography. So I look forward to seeing your images.
Definitely look forward to your promotional tips for writers, as I plan to self-publish later in the year.
Great tips, for sure...thanks :)
Can't wait for the challenge to start..great theme, Diane :)
Only a few more days to go! A note book is essential at this time for me as I keep on jotting down ideas for theA-Z... Probably will do a theme - psychological and Jungian oriented.
Good luck to us all!
I'll look forward to your photos!
I'm not participating in the A-Z Challenge this year, but I will be stopping by to support the blogs that are. Great theme for your A-Z posts.
Looking forward to seeing your pics!
Since I read your book, will your posts during the challenge be redundant for me...or will there be new material?
I hope I can keep up. Pray for me.
Happy Weekend!
Great pub/promo tips PLUS your photography? I'll be there. :)
Have a great weekend!
My goodness, that's a lot of rules, and I'm sure they'll make it easier for everyone on the hop to have a fantastic time! :-)
I will be sure to tune if this! :)
This is my first time participating in the challenge. I don't have a theme. I think I'll just wing it and hope for the best! Very excited!
Hugs!

I am a new subscriber and really excited about your topic. Can't wait to read.

I'm only a minion and part time Quasi A-Z contributor. I haven't decided on all my topics of the articles I will be doing. I know Dogs feature in there and a few other things.
I'm going to try to coordinate with some of my guests to the letter of the day--if I can.
We'll see how it goes.
Your photos are always worth a visit - add in your tips and it's going to be a great month :)
Carolyn, I don't ever see you retiring!
Susan, a theme is so much easier to manage.
DL, there might be some new stuff - or just worded so differently it gives you new ideas.
Carol, I hope I can keep up!
Sia, I'd love to read about dogs.
My Theme is All Things Scots.
I'll be back to visit a fellow ginger!
I've never really blogged before but I've signed up. It's a good thing I love reading, I'm going to have add your posts to my reading list too - thanks for the reminder to keep things short. I plan to visit lots of blogs, and everytime I get into a panic about not being able to complete the challenge I just remind myself a sentence or two is enough. Now it's time to check out your spunky soldier's list :)
I'm not participating but I do look forward to following your journey through this!
PS--LOVE the book!
