And Now For Something Completely Different....

We're knights of the round table,
We dance whenever we're able,
We do routines, and chorus scenes,
With footwork impeccable.
We dine well here in Camelot,
We eat ham, and jam, and spam a lot.

* On a personal note... *

Today, Spunky is on her way to Georgia! I'll be visiting -
Borders in Marietta from 6-8 tonight
Waldenbooks in Valdosta from 11-4pm on Saturday (1-2pm is a free seminar)
Borders in Atlanta on Cobb Parkway on Sunday from 1-3pm
Friday and Saturday I will be joined by one of my co-authors of "Overcoming Obstacles with SPUNK!" - Darlene Wofford. She's the author of the award-winning book, Edgewise, and one incredible, spirited lady!

The whirlwind that was my Oregon trip began with a trip to the ER with my mother. She had neglected her health severely and it was a shock to see her in person. We felt bad, BUT - it has started the ball rolling! Now all of the family is aware of the situation and she's under much better care. And when my husband called her last night, she sounded so much better!

And I want to apologize to everyone who visits my blog, as I will be unable to respond in kind for a few more days. Monday, I will be home!!

* Other News *

Book IV of my YA series comes out on Tuesday!! The blog tour for this book starts Sunday - check back here for dates & stops.

* Photo of the Day *

This is Seattle, WA, as seen from the Space Needle. I took this photo while visiting my best friend in 1993. It was a 15 second exposure, hand-held with no tripod. Oh, and the Space Needle rotates, too! So I am rather proud of this old B&W photo...

That is an amazing shot. Wow.

Have fun on your signings. You're practically in my "home" town. Until I was 10, I lived in Smyrna which is cow chip's throw from Marietta.
