The true first sign of Christmas!
Great photo!
ReplyDeleteMerry Tossmas was funny!
ReplyDeleteThat book endorsement was too funny! I love finding my name included in your book news - thanks for the mention.
ReplyDeleteFabulous Friday lineup as usual, Diane ... Thanks for passing along the Merry Tossmas, too!
ReplyDeleteMarvin D Wilson
I love it when you end with a laugh-out-loud kitty photo. Thanks for all the links!

Helen, it's funny up until you start finding said barf all over the house! Our cats have eaten and ralphed the Christmas tree three times now...
ReplyDeleteAnd it's plastic!
That monty python joke had me cracking up all over the cyber cafe. Do you often quote Monty Python? Except for the 'And now for something completely different' that you do every week?
ReplyDeleteJai
Everyone seems to be having some sort of food on their blogs. I'm getting hungry just reading them.
ReplyDeleteHolly and cats aren't a good mix, but I thought the pic was fun.
Have a great weekend, Diane!
Barfed up Holly? Hilarious. One could also substitue cat nip.
ReplyDeleteStephen Tremp
Yep, it has started already. My dogs have been finding scraps off of my fake wreath to munch on. Every evening, my husband and I are pulling things out of their mouths, playing "Guess the debris...."
ReplyDeleteJai, every Friday post starts with a Monty Python quote!
ReplyDeleteAnd Stephen, they snort the catnip, so it doesn't get barfed. Snotted maybe.
Great picture! And I loved the spammy way you started out your post!

Tweeting writing and promotion tips @frugalbookpromo
Thanks Carolyn - this is my funnest post of the week.
ReplyDeleteElizabeth, I'd challenge anyone to repeat that five times fast, too!
Seriously, Diane? That's too funny - for me, not you, of course!

I can't believe I never noticed the Friday monty python jokes. I think I was so eager to get to the 'something different' that I skipped over that. Doh! I'll have to go back and read all of them now. Love monty python.

Awww, thanks for the mention, Diane! And what a hilarious cat pic!

So this is way off topic, but I thought of you the other day. (Not in a creepy way or anything.) People magazine had a blurb on Kitty Wigs. It's a picture book with cats wearing doll wigs. Pretty funny/cute.

ReplyDeleteTara, I'm surprised my mother-in-law hasn't given me that book yet, then! She did give me one about cats painting...
